At Solomon Therapy I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you will receive the necessary tools to manage the daily struggles life presents.

Located across the street from Prospect Park in beautiful Windsor Terrace Brooklyn, I offer comprehensive psychotherapy and to adults, children, couples and families. Through mindfulness techniques, talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy  I aim to create a space and relationship to help work through the issues we face from the past and the present.

Good news!  I will be running an 8-week DBT Core Mindfulness skills group beginning Thursday, May 11th.   Visit my Groups and Workshops page for more information and registration.

I will be accepting new individuals for treatment beginning in May 17′.  I have availability on Mondays via Skype and limited in-office appointments Tuesday-Thursday.

Our work together focuses on practicing mindful awareness as well as acceptance to help manage anxiety, stress, depression, difficult relationships and family issues. Additionally, I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and chemical dependency treatment and recovery.

If an office visit is not an option for you, I am available for Skype therapy sessions.
