The team at Solomon Therapy works with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Our shared philosophy as therapists is first and foremost, human. We are here to listen so that you can hear yourself. Our approach is both “top-down” and “bottom-up.” Sometimes you’ll need practical tools and resources to navigate feeling stuck or in a loop. These skills are received at the “top” and trickle down to your body with practice.
Other times, we will arrive at the “bottom”, in your body, where the core wound may live. We utilize somatic parts work and inner child healing to rewrite your narrative. This healing travels from the bottom to the top, changing how you see yourself and perceive the world.
Our team utilizes modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic trauma processing, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (KAP) with our clients.
