Harley Frank, AMFT
Most people come to therapy because they are in pain. Those who stay long-term do so in service of their own vibrancy and liberation. I’m here to support you through every phase of this journey. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, spiritual crisis, and career dissatisfaction.
Though these issues manifest differently, I believe they share a common cause. We are not taught the skills we need to live joyfully in this world. We are expected to process emotions and traumas without guidance and support. We yearn to connect deeply with others but often don’t know how, and then blame ourselves for this disconnect.
I work with people to cultivate these skills. In doing so, we can become the conscious creators of our lives, rather than feeling stuck in the current. I aim to provide a space where you feel a true sense of belonging, connection, and freedom. I focus on somatic and experiential therapies, which seem to allow clients to create radical change in their lives.
