Nina Singh, AMFT
My therapeutic style is rooted in curiosity and a deep interest in understanding your story. I aim to create an environment where you can explore parts of yourself that may have been hidden or forgotten. Together, we will uncover these layers, allowing for self-discovery and self-acceptance.
My approach is grounded in the belief that growth comes from embracing life's challenges and learning to balance opposing forces. I'll help you strengthen the connection between your mind and body, become more attuned to your needs, and respond with compassion and nurturance. Drawing from my experience as a new parent, woman of color, and second-generation immigrant, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my work.
I blend various therapeutic modalities based on your unique needs. Whether we are working to develop new ways of thinking or deepening your skills to navigate difficult emotions, I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative. Our work will be built around your goals and experiences, creating a space for healing and emotional resilience.
