In life, we are guided by our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I believe that therapy provides a unique opportunity for curiosity and exploration of each of these connections, how we show up, and how they affect us. My work is rooted in helping you to make more space for self-compassion and self-acceptance, to generate more resilience. I will support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, identifying and accessing your inner strengths, and healing so you can live your life with more clarity, confidence, peace, and joy.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing relationship challenges with themselves or others, low self-esteem, intimacy concerns, difficulty navigating personal or professional life transitions, anxiety, and creative blocks. My approach is empathic, collaborative, trauma-informed, and judgment-free. I show up with sensitivity and as an ally. With over 18 years working as a creative professional, I bring a unique understanding of these specific experiences and challenges to psychotherapy. I work integratively and relationally, incorporating elements of mindfulness and somatic-based practices, IFS, EFT, Narrative, and cognitive therapies such as CBT and DBT to meet your specific needs.

SPECIALTIES: Relationship Challenges, Confidence, Anxiety, Creative Blocks, and Life Transitions.
