Rori Gold, AMFT, APCC

In life, we are guided by our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I believe that therapy provides a unique opportunity for curiosity and exploration of each of these connections and experiences and how they affect us. My practice is rooted in a holistic, relational, and strengths-based approach to better understand your human experience. Through meaningful conversations and collaboration, we will set tangible goals and create more space for self-compassion and self-acceptance. My hope is that this process will not only inspire, but support you in expanding your sense of awareness, growth, and bring more peace into your life. It takes courage to move towards healing and I would be honored to support you in this journey.

I work with kids, teens, and adults as individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in relationship challenges – with yourself or others, perfectionism, self-worth, anxiety, and navigating personal or professional life transitions. I show up with empathy, sensitivity, and as an ally for all of my clients. With over 18 years of experience working as a creative professional, I bring a distinctive understanding to the specific challenges related to the arts and this identity. I work integratively by incorporating elements of mindfulness and somatic-based practices, IFS/Parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and cognitive therapies such as CBT and DBT to meet your specific needs.

SPECIALTIES: Teens, Relationship Challenges, Perfectionism, Self Worth, Anxiety, and Life Transitions.
